Hungary's Paks nuclear plant to stay on full power | Energy & Oil | Reuters: Hungary's Paks nuclear power plant is not powering down any of its four blocks despite rising water temperature in the Danube, which is used as coolant, the plant said in a statement posted on its web site on Tuesday.
