Progress at Vogtle, but cost forecast rises - World Nuclear News: Georgia Power has announced that Southern Nuclear has made "significant progress" on construction of units 3 and 4 of the Vogtle nuclear power plant, but its share of the project has risen from USD7.3 billion to USD8.4 billion.
