Vogtle owners vote to continue construction - World Nuclear News: All four co-owners of the Vogtle 3 and 4 project have voted to continue with the construction of the two nuclear reactors in Georgia. Georgia Power, Oglethorpe Power, MEAG Power and Dalton Utilities have also agreed actions to help mitigate potential future financial exposure for each of them.
