Zambian Nuclear Reactor's Construction With Russia's Support to Begin in 2019 - Sputnik International: MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The construction of a nuclear research reactor in Zambia with Russia's assistance is expected to begin in 2019, Shadreck Luwita, Zambia's ambassador to Russia, told Sputnik following the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Investment Forum in Moscow.
