China to start building floating nuclear power plant » Kallanish Energy News: China expects to begin construction by the end of 2019 of the country’s first floating nuclear power plant, China’s Global Times newspaper reported, citing the head of China's Nuclear Power Institute (NPI), Luo Qi.
