PG&E appoints new top boss amid bankruptcy, wildfire woes: PG&E has named William "Bill" Johnson, former chief executive officer of the Tennessee Valley Authority, to be the new top boss of the embattled utility that is confronting a bankruptcy and wildfire-linked woes, but California's governor criticized the move.
