Russia Allows World's First Floating Nuclear Power Plant to Start Work - Rosatom - Sputnik International: MOSCOW (Sputnik) - A Russian government watchdog has allowed the world's first floating nuclear power plant (NPP), Akademik Lomonosov, to start work, Rosatom nuclear energy corporation said.
