Environment minister favors referendum on nuclear power plant question | News | ERR: Minister of the Environment Rene Kokk (EKRE) believes that the construction of a nuclear power plant in Estonia is a matter that should be put to a referendum. Should one end up being built, Kokk says that only tested and safe technologies should be used.
