Newsom says PG&E ‘no longer exists,’ doubles down on state takeover - SFChronicle.com: One year after PG&E filed for bankruptcy, Gov. Gavin Newsom vowed a state takeover if the utility doesn’t shape up by June 30. PG&E said it planned to file a new bankruptcy exit plan “in the coming days.”
