PG&E Reaches $3.9 Billion Settlement on Nuclear Plant Closure: PG&E is proposing to cut the estimated cost for decommissioning the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant to $3.9 billion from $4.8 billion after reaching a settlement with consumer advocates and other parties.
