PG&E rolling power outages possible through Wednesday after California ISO issues Flex Alert to conserve energy, officials say - ABC7 San Francisco: PG&E said more power outages are possible through Wednesday. This comes after the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) issued a Flex Alert for the next four days to conserve energy amid the heat wave throughout the state.
