Belarus reopens nuclear power plant after replacing equipment | Reuters: Belarus has resumed operations at a new nuclear power plant, inaugurated earlier this month by President Alexander Lukashenko, after successfully replacing some equipment, the Ministry of Energy said in a statement on Thursday.
