Nuclearelectrica and partners sign MoU for NuScale plants : New Nuclear - World Nuclear News: Nuclearelectrica, E-INFRA, Nova Power & Gas, Fluor Enterprises, Samsung C&T Corporation and NuScale Power have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate to implement NuScale small modular reactor plants in Romania and elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe.
