Keystone XL Likely Dead
Critics
of U.S. domestic energy policy are trying to maneuver the Keystone XL
oil pipeline past the Oval Office, trumpeting the project as the 21st
century version of the New Deal. The project has come to represent
growing divisions in domestic energy policy during the presidential
campaign cycle in the United States. In the long shadow of the project,
