- Senate spending bill allocates $150M for Ohio nuclear project
A fiscal 2013 spending bill unveiled by the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development included $150 million for research and development at USEC's proposed American Centrifuge Plant in Ohio. This follows a House subcommittee's inclusion of $100 million in a spending measure for the same purpose.
