- Report: Former TVA execs held back data about Tenn. reactor
Two former Tennessee Valley Authority executives held back input about the construction of Unit 2 at the Watts Bar nuclear plant in Tennessee, according to a report from TVA's inspector general. Inadequate data made it more difficult for TVA to pinpoint problems at the facility, the report stated. The company said in a statement that it agrees with report's general findings.
