Russia is prepared to help in the construction of Iran's second nuclear plant if the project is proved profitable, said Nikolai Spassky, deputy head of Rosatom. "The U.N. Security Council permitted this issue in sanction resolutions," Spassky said. "Preliminary consultations continue on this issue." United Press International
