EPA DELAYS GHG EMISSIONS DECISION AND ADDS TO FUTUREGEN CHALLENGES

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) deadline for placing
greenhouse gas (GHG) emission limits on new fossil-fueled power plants
