Kiev decided to scrap the agreement with Russia on the construction of
two units of a nuclear power plant in Western Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a set of laws to
terminate cooperation with Russia on the construction of two units at
the Khmelnitskiy nuclear power plant, a statement on the presidential
