The House Energy & Commerce Committee held a hearing this morning titled DOE Modernization: Legislation Addressing Development, Regulation, and Competitiveness of Advanced Nuclear Energy Technologies. The hearing discussed several pieces of draft nuclear legislation, available at the link above. 
 
The Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Energy & Water is holding its markup of the FY 19 Energy & Water Appropriations bill today, with the full Appropriations Committee markup of the bill coming Thursday. We will update when more information becomes available.
