Lithuania urges Belarus not to use nuclear fuel delivered to new power plant | Baltic News Network - News from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: After Belarus announced that nuclear fuel has been delivered to its new Astravyets nuclear power plant, Lithuania has called on Minsk not to load it into power productions facilities before safety recommendations have been met.
