U.S., Vietnam forge nuclear-cooperation agreement
The U.S. and Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding for the peaceful development of nuclear energy. The deal would allow better nuclear cooperation and "would facilitate the participation of the US companies in the Vietnamese nuclear sector," U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Michael Michalak said.
