Feds must fix loan-guarantee program to accelerate nuclear revival
The White House Office of Management and Budget's "ridiculous formulaic approach" doomed Constellation Energy's plan to expand the Calvert Cliffs nuclear plant in Maryland, according to The Economist, citing the Nuclear Energy Institute.
