Edison CEO gives no schedule for Calif. nuclear plant's restart
Edison
International Chairman, President and CEO Theodore Craver offered no
time line for the restart of the company's San Onofre nuclear plant in
California. The facility has been offline for three months after the
discovery of unusual degradation of tubes in steam generators. "Over the
last few months, we have assembled engineering and scientific experts,
literally from around the world, to help us study the phenomenon causing
the unexpected tube wear," Craver said. Los Angeles Times/L.A. Now blog
