NextEra Energy's Seabrook nuclear plant in New Hampshire received a mixed review from the International Atomic Energy Agency's Operational Safety Review Team. Managers of the facility "are committed to improving the operational safety and reliability of their plant," according to the report. However, the ownership and operation of the plant "is not being undertaken at a sufficiently high standard in the ... areas [of] the reporting of some perceived abnormalities, the control of access to systems and equipment housekeeping," the report stated.
