The Tennessee Valley Authority gave journalists a tour of its Browns Ferry nuclear plant in Alabama as the company addresses safety issues, particularly fire protection. "We've made a number of improvements, and we wanted to begin to show people some of the work that we've done," said Ray Golden, a spokesman for the company.
