Nuclear power has proven itself safe

Nuclear energy has been proven to be "not only carbon-free, but safe," writes the Richmond Times-Dispatch editorial board. "Nuclear power carries risks and imposes trade-offs, just like any energy source not fueled by wishful thinking and fairy dust.
